Shipping Policy
When you buy our flowers online, we offer same day flower delivery on all items ordered off our website for the North Shore and Urban Auckland Area – as long as we have received the order before 11 am on weekdays. Orders received after this time will be processed the following working day. If you are unsure, please give us a call and one of our team members will assist you.

NORTH SHORE AND URBAN AUCKLAND AREA
We offer same day delivery + $15 on all items as long as we have received the order before 11 am on weekdays.
02.
PICK UP AT STORE
If you would like to pick up your items at our store when you order online, please leave us a note of the time that you will pick up after check out in our website
03.
OUTER NORTH, EAST, SOUTH AND WEST AUCKLAND
Delivery outside of the red areas below will be charged at the price of $25. These include Outer North Auckland, Outer East Auckland, Outer South Auckland and Outer West Auckland.

OTHER AREAS AND SOUTH ISLAND
While you can place your order and pay for it online, please call us on 0800 428 624 to discuss your emergency requirements. We will do our best to help you.

Late orders - Delivery on the next working day.

Sun/Sat orders - Delivery on the next working day except Mothers day or Special Occasions.

Important
Every attempt will be made to deliver any product within the time frames indicated however we cannot guarantee delivery of any product if the recipient does not accept the gift, the address provided is not correct or complete, the recipient is not at the address specified or it is deemed unsafe to enter the property. Should the recipient not be at the address specified when the delivery is made, our floral courier will leave the product in a safe place. If we do leave the delivery in what we believe to be a safe place, we will not be liable if it goes missing or is lost or damaged. In the unlikely event that a product cannot be delivered, then it will be brought back to our shop or to our agents premises and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time and date. The customer will remain responsible for the cost of all deliveries. The second delivery attempt may incur an additional charge.
