By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers. By purchasing a product advertised on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Stylish may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended. Images found on this site are used as guides only and may not be exactly the same as the final product. All transactions will be in NZD.


We aim to design all our flowers as close to possible as the photo displayed but due to seasonal variation and in every effort to supply only the best flowers, Stylish reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types, wrapping and containers. All substitutions will be of equal or greater value.


Every attempt will be made to deliver any product within the time frames indicated however we cannot guarantee delivery of any product if the recipient does not accept the gift, the address provided is not correct or complete, the recipient is not at the address specified or it is deemed unsafe to enter the property. Should the recipient not be at the address specified when the delivery is made, Stylish will leave the product in a safe place. If we do leave the delivery in what we believe to be a safe place, we will not be liable if it goes missing or is lost or damaged. In the unlikely event that a product cannot be delivered, then it will be brought back to our shop or to our agents premises and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time and date. The customer will remain responsible for the cost of all deliveries. The second delivery attempt may incur an additional charge.


Stylish cannot cancel any order that has already been made up, even if the order is not yet delivered. If the cancellation request is made before make up, then Stylish may be able to cancel the order. If specific flowers have been ordered in specially to fulfil the order requesting cancellation then we reserve the right to charge for these specific blooms even if order is cancelled before make up.


Stylish will asses each refund request on a case by case basis. Any complaints must be made within 24 hours. We are able to offer other solutions such as resending the product or resending a different product to the same value. The remedy will be determined at our complete discretion.
